Privacy & Terms

The short version: you own your content, we bill transparently with one-click cancel, we collect only what the service needs, and we never sell your data. The formal text below governs. Agent Solo is operated by Allan Perrottet, licensed in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (Freelance Licence No. DMCC-935864).

Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Allan Perrottet, sole practitioner licensed in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Freelance Licence No. DMCC-935864), trading as "Agent Solo", DMCC Business Centre, Level 1, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using agentsolo.ai, you accept them. If you act for a company, you confirm authority to bind it.

• The Service. Agent Solo is an AI-powered content and publishing platform: it builds and hosts branded blogs, researches keywords, generates, optimizes, publishes, and translates content, and provides related SEO and traffic tooling. Parts of the Service run automatically on a schedule you control ("autopilot").
• Accounts. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Plans, trials, billing. Features and monthly volumes depend on your plan (see Pricing). Trials require a valid card; before you enter it we show what is free, the trial length, and the price after. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged - we send a reminder before the first charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime in settings with one click, effective at period end. Price changes apply from your next renewal with prior notice. • Autopilot. When enabled, the Service researches, generates, and publishes to your connected sites at your plan's cadence without per-item approval unless you enable review. You can pause anytime. You remain responsible for content published under your account and on your properties, including its legal compliance in your market.
• Third-party connections. You may authorize connections (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, Google Search Console); we use them solely to provide the Service, and you can revoke them anytime. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms.
• Your content - you own it. Your inputs remain yours; you licence them to us solely to provide the Service. Content generated for you (articles, images, pages, translations) is yours - to the extent we hold rights in it, they are assigned or licensed to you on creation. If you cancel, published content remains yours and export is available. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the Service; we do not use your private content to serve other customers.
• AI-generated content. Content is generated substantially by AI. Despite our quality controls (fact-checking and grading), AI output can contain errors or statements requiring legal care. You are responsible for reviewing content for your regulated context and its compliance with laws applicable to you and your audience. No ranking or traffic guarantees except as expressly stated in the Refunds & Cancellation policy. Similar content may be independently generated for other customers in other niches; you get rights in your output, not exclusivity over topics or formats.
• Acceptable use. No unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; no fake reviews or undisclosed endorsements; no IP or privacy violations; no malware or phishing; no content for regulated products without required authorizations; no probing or disrupting the Service; no resale without written agreement; no violating connected platforms' policies. We may suspend or remove violating content or accounts, with notice where practicable.
• Our IP. The Service - software, agents, templates, designs, branding - is ours and our licensors'. Feedback may be used without restriction.
• Availability. Provided on an evolving, commercially reasonable-efforts basis; features may change; no warranty of uninterrupted service.
• Disclaimer. Except as expressly stated or required by mandatory law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
• Indemnity. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law - except to the extent the claim arises from unmodified output used as intended.
• Termination. You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for material breach (with notice and, where curable, a cure period), non-payment, or legal requirement. Content export is available for 30 days after termination.
• Governing law. The laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the courts of your country of residence.
• Changes. Material changes to these Terms are notified at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use is acceptance.

Refunds & Cancellation

• Trials and first charge. We show the exact price before you enter your card and email a reminder before your first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
• Cancel anytime, one click. From account settings - no calls, no retention flow. Cancellation stops autopilot and future billing at period end. Everything already published is yours and stays live; export is available.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that first charge - no forms, no questions. Once per customer.
• 90-Day Traffic Guarantee. If your organic traffic is not growing after 90 days of active use, we refund 100% of the subscription fees paid for those 90 days - and you keep the blog and every article. "Active use" means your blog stayed connected with autopilot enabled at your plan's cadence for the 90 days from first publication, Google Search Console connected, and your site did not block search or AI crawlers. "Growing" means your Search Console impressions and clicks in days 61-90 exceed days 1-30. Claim in days 91-120 by email from your account address; we verify against Search Console together and refund within 14 days of confirmation. Covers subscription fees for the period on your first site, once per customer; third-party costs excluded. If measurement was impossible for a substantial part of the period, we will offer a fair alternative or a goodwill resolution.
• EU/UK consumers. You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. By starting the Service during that period you request immediate performance; on withdrawal a proportionate charge may apply for services already provided. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
• How refunds are paid. To the original payment method, original currency, within 14 days of approval. The two guarantees do not stack over the same fees.

Privacy Policy

Controller: Allan Perrottet, trading as Agent Solo (DMCC Licence No. DMCC-935864), DMCC Business Centre, Level 1, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, UAE. Where we process personal data inside a customer's site content or their blog visitors' analytics on the customer's behalf, we act as processor under the Data Processing terms below. This policy is designed to meet the GDPR, the Swiss FADP, and the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

• What we collect: account and billing data (cards are held by Stripe, never by us); the site you connect and the brand materials, keywords, content, and publishing configuration the Service builds for you; connection tokens for platforms you authorize; Search Console statistics; usage and device data for security and product improvement; ad-click identifiers and your email if you arrive via our ads or subscribe (opt out anytime). Blogs we host for customers record privacy-light visitor events (page, referrer, user-agent class, including AI-agent session measurement) processed for the customer.
• Why (legal bases): contract performance (the Service, billing, content generation); legitimate interests (security, analytics); consent (marketing cookies, emails); legal obligation (tax, accounting). Corresponding PDPL bases apply.
• AI processing: generation uses large language model providers (currently Anthropic); our agreements restrict use of your data to serving us. We do not sell personal data and do not permit our AI providers to train their general models on your content.
• Sub-processors: Anthropic (AI), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/media), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Trigger.dev (jobs), Google (Search Console, at your authorization), Replicate (images), DataForSEO (keyword data), Serge (AI-agent traffic measurement on hosted blogs), Meta (ads measurement on the marketing site only). We may disclose data where required by law.
• Transfers: we are established in the UAE and use providers in the US and Europe; where GDPR applies, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK/Swiss mechanisms; PDPL cross-border rules are observed.
• Retention: account data for the life of the account and a limited period after closure or as law requires; your content until you delete it; logs typically 12 months.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal - contact privacy@agentsolo.ai. EU/EEA/UK individuals may complain to their supervisory authority; UAE individuals to the UAE Data Office.
• Security: encryption in transit, tenant isolation with database row-level security, least-privilege access, encryption at rest at our providers. Breaches are notified as required by law.
• Children: the Service is not directed to under-18s.

Google user data

When you connect Google Search Console, Agent Solo requests a single read-only scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly. We never request write access and cannot change anything in your Search Console account. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations, or revoke access from your Google account permissions.

• What we access: the list of Search Console properties your Google account can see, so the correct one can be matched to your site, and search analytics for the property you connect - queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position.
• What we store: those search analytics rows, scoped to your site, and an OAuth refresh token so the daily sync can run. No other Google account data is read or stored.
• How we use it: only to power features inside your own account - the SEO monitor, rankings, content refresh suggestions and performance reporting for sites you own.
• Who we share it with: nobody, beyond the infrastructure sub-processors that host the service and the AI model provider that generates your recommendations. Your Search Console data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
• Deletion: disconnecting Search Console removes the stored token immediately. The stored search analytics are deleted with your site, or sooner on request.

Agent Solo use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookie Notice

On agentsolo.ai we use strictly necessary cookies (sign-in, security, preferences), first-party product analytics, and - on marketing pages only, with consent where required - the Meta pixel to measure our advertising. In regions requiring consent (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland), non-essential cookies stay off until you accept, and you can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer. Customer blogs we host set only the strictly necessary technologies needed to serve the site and the customer's configured features. Blocking essential cookies may break sign-in.

Data Processing

For business customers, our Data Processing Addendum applies where we process personal data on your behalf (your site content and your blog visitors' analytics): we process only on your documented instructions; personnel are bound by confidentiality; we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures including tenant isolation enforced with database row-level security; sub-processors are listed above and additions are notified 14 days in advance with a right to object; we assist with data-subject requests and breach obligations; international transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses; on termination we return or delete your data within 30 days except where law requires retention; and we make available the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance.
